Caraselle is an internet shopping site, and purchases may be made on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Should you wish to speak to our Customer Services, you can do so by ringing FREE PHONE: 08000 199 309  between the hours of 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Out of hours your call will be answered by an answering service and if you leave your name and telephone number and also email address we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

We are able to take payment using the following cards:

Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron, Maestro, and JCB and Carte Bleue, Delta,

Should you wish to make a payment by cheque, we can accept the order but the cheque must be cleared before we are able to despatch the goods.
